Nicolas Lopez Lecube

Nicolas Lopez Lecube currently serves as the Head of Portfolio and Credit at Xepelin since March 2023. Previously, Nicolas held the position of Chief Risk Officer at AVLA from March 2021 to February 2023, where leadership was provided to various teams focused on surety and credit insurance, reinsurance, and actuarial functions across multiple regions. Before AVLA, Nicolas worked as a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group from September 2019 to March 2021, following an MBA at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management (2017-2019). Earlier experience includes roles at Banco Santander Rio, where advisory services and management of investor accounts were provided, and as an Analyst in Corporate Finance and M&A at PwC. Nicolas holds a degree in Economics from Universidad de 'San Andrés' (2007-2010) and has gained substantial expertise in financial advisory, risk management, and strategic consulting throughout a diverse career.
