Dave Crawford

Dave Crawford is the current CTO at Condor Gold. Dave's previous experience includes working as the Director of Value Assurance at Newmont Mining Corporation from April 2008 to August 2013. In this role, Dave was responsible for project review for major internal capital projects, including conformance with Stage Gate Investment System and strategic objectives prior to executive review and board approval. Dave also participated in the development of processes and standards for the Investment System. Some notable projects that Dave worked on include the Turf Vent Shaft ($300M) and Phoenix Copper Leach ($180M). Prior to working at Newmont, Dave was a Project Manager at Cameco Corporation from January 2005 to April 2008. In this role, Dave was responsible for project scheduling and economic analyses, property evaluations, strategic planning and scheduling, and operational analysis for Cameco's in-situ uranium recovery operations in the United States and Kazakhstan. Dave successfully negotiated business opportunities with uranium mining companies, developed mine plans and capacity requirements for the JV Inkai Feasibility Study, and developed economic criteria for operations. Dave is highly experienced in all aspects of capital project management and has a proven track record of successful project delivery.

Dave Crawford has a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering from the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology, a Master of Business Administration in Operations Research, Mining from the University Nevada Reno, and certification from Nevada and Colorado as a Registered Professional Engineer.
