Richard Swerdlow

Richard Swerdlow is the Managing Director at Condos.com. Prior to their current position, Richard was the Founder and CEO of Houses.com from January 2011 to December 2016. Richard developed Houses.com into a national consumer real estate search site in partnership with a $12B investment management firm and mortgage servicer. From June 2010 to December 2016, Richard was the Founder and COO of Property.com. Richard developed Property.com into a national commercial real estate search portal and crowd funding platform. Prior to that, Richard was with Condo.com - World's Largest Condo Marketplace. Before that, from January 2001 to December 2006, Richard was the COO of Swerdlow Group - one of the preeminent real estate developers in the Southeastern United States.

Richard Swerdlow has a JD from The George Washington University Law School and a degree from Boston University.
