Janine Gianforcaro

Janine Gianforcaro, CHRL has a strong background in human resources with over 20 years of experience. Janine currently holds the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at Condrain Group, a position they have held since July 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Condrain Group from February 2012 to July 2023.

Before joining Condrain Group, Janine worked as an HR Manager at Green Mountain Coffee Roasters from 2011 to 2012, and at CKF Inc. from 2006 to 2010. Janine also served as an HR Manager at Extrudex Aluminum from 2002 to 2006, and as an HR Officer/Corporate Secretary at The Acadian Group of Companies from 1993 to 2002.

Janine Gianforcaro, CHRL attended Humber College from 2001 to 2003, studying Human Resources Management.
