Katie Apreda

Katie Apreda is an experienced Locate Coordinator at Condrain, having served since April 2009. In this role, Katie revises site plans and collaborates with utility companies and project supervisors to initiate road work while maintaining records of up to 100 active job locates. Prior to this position, Katie worked as an Administrative Assistant at Metrus Properties for a brief period in 2007, where responsibilities included addressing customer service inquiries and tenant issues. Katie holds a Diploma in Business Marketing from Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology, earned between 2009 and 2013, and completed secondary education at Sacred Heart Catholic High School from 2002 to 2006.
