Position Overview: Conducive Consulting seeks an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in a designated territory. The Regional Sales Manager will drive revenue growth by developing and nurturing relationships with partner sales teams, executing consultative sales processes, and exceeding quarterly sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering value to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive net new client acquisitions and expand business with existing clients in the designated region.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partner sales teams to identify collaborative opportunities and drive mutual business growth.
  • Conduct professional and consultative sales engagements with prospects and clients, utilizing the Sandler Sales Process (training provided) to uncover needs, articulate value propositions, and propose tailored solutions.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for revenue, new client acquisitions, upsells, cross-sells, and client renewals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales Engineers, to deliver comprehensive solutions that address client requirements and deliver maximum value.
  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure new business opportunities and ensure favorable terms for Conducive Consulting.
  • Leverage CRM software to manage sales pipeline, track activities, and generate accurate forecasts.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and inform sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the consulting or technology industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with the Sandler Sales Process or similar consultative sales methodologies is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence decision-makers, and negotiate effectively.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop actionable sales plans.
  • Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to travel within the designated region for client meetings, presentations, and industry events.
