Christopher Andre

Christopher Andre is a CX Technology Engineer at Conduent since September 2023, bringing extensive experience from previous roles. As Lead PS Consultant at Blackchair from May 2021 to September 2023, Christopher designed, implemented, and maintained software solutions while providing technical support and training to end users. Prior to that, as a Senior Professional Services Consultant at Genesys from August 2013 to May 2021, responsibilities included full stack applications, call center and telecommunications consultation, and deployment for Genesys Contact Center products. Christopher holds a Master of Science in Information Technology Management from Grand Canyon University, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Florida Institute of Technology, and an Associate of Arts from Florida SouthWestern State College.
