Craig McCrackin

Craig McCrackin is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in finance, accounting, and procurement services. Currently serving as VP of Global Finance, Accounting and Procurement Services Leader at Conduent since January 2017, McCrackin oversees all aspects of the Finance, Accounting & Procurement practice globally, focusing on client growth, satisfaction, and service excellence. Previous roles at Xerox included VP of Finance & Accounting Capabilities Sales Support Leader and Client Service Delivery Executive, where McCrackin was instrumental in driving business process services and managing client financial operations. Earlier experience includes leadership positions at ACS Xerox Company and Arthur Andersen, with responsibilities ranging from financial results management to establishing a Business Process Outsourcing Center. McCrackin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
