Deborah Torosian

Deborah Torosian serves as the Vice President and Global Head of Talent at Conduent since November 2021, leading the Talent center of excellence encompassing Talent Management, Learning & Development, People Analytics, Organizational Effectiveness, HR Mergers & Acquisitions, and HRBP for enterprise functions. Prior to this role, Deborah held various positions at American Express from September 2012 to November 2021, including Vice President and Director of Organizational Effectiveness. Previous experience includes managerial roles at Sears Holdings Corporation as Manager of Talent Management, multiple positions at Citigroup within Organizational Effectiveness, and earlier roles at Colgate-Palmolive as Compensation and Staffing Specialist. Deborah holds an MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from New York University and a BA in Organizational Studies from the University of Michigan.
