Katrina Mae Villaroman

Katrina Mae Villaroman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Manager at Conduent since March 2016, Villaroman has previously held key roles at Xerox Services as a Quality Manager and at ACS of the Philippines (a Xerox Company) as an Operations Supervisor. Villaroman began a career as a Senior Quality Coach at Affiliated Computer Services from January 2008 to March 2010. Academically, Villaroman holds a Master of Science in Biology with a focus on Phycology, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Biology, specializing in Marine Biology and Biological Oceanography, both from the University of Santo Tomas.
