Scott Ryan

Scott Ryan is an accomplished Program Operations Director at Conduent since January 2007, overseeing the largest tolling operation in the United States and managing complex, multi-agency Tolling CSC systems. Prior to this role, Scott served as Vice President of Human Resources at both Conduent and Xerox, where responsibilities included HR business partnership across numerous projects and leading HR efforts during mergers and acquisitions. Scott's earlier career includes leadership roles in human resources at Affiliated Computer Services, Energy Enterprise Solutions, and Canon USA, with a strong focus on employee relations and operational management. Academically, Scott holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Development from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Political Science and Government from SUNY Oneonta.
