Shikha Agarwal is an accomplished finance and audit professional with extensive experience in compliance and controls. Currently serving as Director of Audit Services and Global Head of SOX Compliance at Conduent since August 2018, Shikha has previously held managerial roles at EY and Interpro People, where responsibilities included business controls, compliance, budgeting, and financial analysis. Earlier career positions at Capgemini, Singhvi Dev and Unni, and Deloitte Haskins & Sells further developed Shikha's expertise in internal audits and financial management.
