Kristine Lahote

Kristine LaHote is an experienced manager with a strong background in program and project management. Currently serving as the Manager of the Program Management Office at Conduit Health Partners since November 2018, Kristine has previously held roles as Program Manager within the same organization. Prior to this, Kristine worked at Mercy Health from December 2011 to November 2018 as a Project Manager, focusing on IT requirements for ServiceNow and other strategic projects. Additionally, Kristine held positions at Dana Holding Corporation from 2000 to September 2011, including Sr. Financial Analyst in the PMO and Global Program Manager. Kristine holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Science and Production Management from The University of Toledo and a Masters Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University.
