Laurent Bourgeois

Laurent Bourgeois is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in operations and management. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Conduit House since April 2024, Laurent has also been the General Manager at Crimson Resort & Spa Boracay since June 2017. Previous roles include General Manager at Amari Havodda Maldives with ONYX Hospitality Group from January 2022 to June 2024, and various leadership positions at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts from 2008 to 2017. Laurent began a career in hospitality with the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company and HYATT Hotels, holding roles in food and beverage management. Laurent holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from CERIA Hotel School in Belgium, earned between 1990 and 1993.
