Adelene Tan

Adelene Tan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in design, innovation, and strategic leadership. Currently serving as Venture Lead and Partner at Conduit Venture Labs since February 2023, Adelene previously held the role of Senior Manager, Innovation and Growth Accelerator at Fortive, where responsibilities included leading product and design teams through the entire innovation lifecycle. As Lead Strategic Designer at BCG Digital Ventures, impactful projects were launched for Fortune 500 clients, emphasizing human-centered design. Alongside co-founding Sophia Rose Intimates, contributions spanned multiple roles in design, strategy, and sales management at various esteemed organizations, including Harvard Design Magazine and KieranTimberlake. Educational credentials include a Master of Architecture from Harvard University Graduate School of Design and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania.
