Dionne Leverette-Kennedy

Dionne Leverette-Kennedy, BSN, RN, MHA-INF, ACMA, serves as the vice president for care coordination and integration. She is accountable for making sure that every care provider has a complete picture of every patient regardless of where the patient first gets their care. She joined Cone Health in 2018 after serving as the executive director for case management services at St. Vincent Indianapolis Hospital.

Leverette-Kennedy earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Virginia followed by a master’s degree in health administration informatics from the University of Phoenix. She is also a certified case manager through the National Board for Case Management.
