Leslie Welch, MBA, SHRM-CP, RACR, currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Leader for Clinical Recruitment in the People and Culture department at Cone Health, beginning in March 2020, while also holding the position of Adjunct Instructor at the Bryan School of Business and Economics at UNCG since August 2022. Prior to these roles, Leslie Welch operated as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at Leslie Welch Consulting from January 2018 to March 2020, focusing on leadership in human capital and operational controls during transitional phases for two private companies. With a long tenure from 1997 to 2018 at ITG Brands (formerly Lorillard Tobacco), Leslie Welch excelled as Director of Training and Talent Acquisition, enhancing the employee experience across multiple HR functions. Leslie Welch's professional background also includes serving 21 years as a Supply Corps Officer in the US Navy, earning multiple commendations and medals.
