Michelle Adamolekun

Chief People & Culture Officer at Cone Health

Michelle Adamolekun is Chief People & Culture Officer. Adamolekun leads a team of human resources professionals in increasing employee recruitment and retention, furthering Cone Health’s reputation as a great place to work and developing its leaders.

Adamolekun comes to Cone Health from Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center, where she was chief human resources officer since 2019. Previously she was an HR officer with Ascension Health–the nation’s largest Catholic and non-profit health system. She is a board-certified coach and holds the Lean Green Belt designation in health care.

Adamolekun earned her Master of Science in human resources management from Texas State University.

She is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management and is a lifetime member of the National Black MBA Association. Adamolekun is the founder and president of Jamaica Reggae Girlz Foundation. The non-profit connects and creates opportunities for the Jamaica Diaspora around the world.
