Monise Reos has over 10 years of experience in the field of People & Culture, Finance and Business Operations. In 2021, they took on the role of Head de Pessoas e Cultura at Conecta Lá. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Valtech, where they held the roles of People Management & Business Operations Coordinator, People & Culture Coordinator, and Finance Assistant & Talent Acquisition.
