Luisa Iglesias

Luisa Iglesias is a seasoned architecture and project management professional with extensive experience in the facilities management and construction sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Architect for Con Edison since March 2013, Luisa specializes in the Manhattan Trimble IWMS Space management software. Prior to this role, Luisa worked at Jones Lang LaSalle as a Senior Project Manager, overseeing interior construction for the American Express account, and held the position of Vice President/Project Manager Executive at Morgan Stanley, managing significant construction projects across North America and Latin America. Luisa also has a rich background at Prudential Insurance, where responsibilities included managing a team in the Architectural Drafting Department and leading major consolidation and refurbishment projects. Additionally, Luisa has experience in computer operations and design from earlier roles at Prudential Securities Inc., Neville Lewis Associates, and during freelance teaching at New York City Technical College. Luisa holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Pratt Institute and an Associate Degree in Architecture from New York City Technical College.
