Nadeen Elakkad

Nadeen Elakkad, PMP, currently serves as a Project Specialist in the Office of CIO Strategy & Governance at Con Edison since July 2022. Prior to this role, Nadeen worked as an IT Project Manager for the NYC Department of Parks & Recreation from September 2019 to June 2022 and held various positions at IQVIA, including Information Technology Consultant, Senior Analyst, and Functional Analyst from August 2015 to August 2019. Nadeen’s earlier experience includes working as a Solutions Developer at Avanade and an Application Developer at LaGuardia and Wagner Archives. Nadeen began the career path as an Admissions College Assistant at Brooklyn College and held an internship at Massey Knakal Realty Services. Nadeen holds an MBA in Business Administration from Fordham Gabelli School of Business and two Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Information Systems and Business Management and Finance from Brooklyn College, along with additional credits in Information Technology from St. Francis College.
