William J. Kelleher is the current Corporate Secretary for Orange & Rockland Utilities, Inc. at Con Edison. William has held this position since April of 2022. Eisenberg in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in EDNY from November 1995 to November 1996.

William also attended Fairfield University and obtained a B.A. Their high school diploma is from Chaminade High School. William is certified by the New York State Unified Court System as an Attorney and by the Connecticut Judicial Branch as an Attorney.
