William J. Kelleher

William J. Kelleher is the current Corporate Secretary for Orange & Rockland Utilities, Inc. at Con Edison. William has held this position since April of 2022. Prior to this, Kelleher served as Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary for People's United Bank, N.A. from February 2013 to April 2022. During their time with the company, they were an officer of a $8B market cap holding company and $65B-asset bank. In 2010, they were a member of the Hiring Committee for Robinson+Cole, an AmLaw 200 firm. Kelleher began their career as an associate for Wiggin & Dana LLP in October 2000 and then Murray & McCann in January 1997 before serving as a law clerk for the Honorable Dorothy T. Eisenberg in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in EDNY from November 1995 to November 1996.

William J. Kelleher attended St. John's University School of Law and obtained a J.D. William also attended Fairfield University and obtained a B.A. Their high school diploma is from Chaminade High School. William is certified by the New York State Unified Court System as an Attorney and by the Connecticut Judicial Branch as an Attorney.
