Yatharth Wadhwa is an accomplished professional in Quality Assurance and Business Process Improvement with a robust background spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Head of the Quality Center of Excellence at Con Edison, Yatharth has developed extensive expertise through previous roles, including Manager of Quality, Compliance, and Business Operations at adm Group Ltd, where operational excellence was achieved for high-profile clients such as Diageo and L’Oreal. Yatharth's career also includes significant contributions at Tiffany & Company in Global Quality Services, Riva Jewelry Manufacturing Inc. in process engineering, and various other positions focusing on quality control and process improvement. Educational qualifications include a degree in Leadership and Strategic Management from Harvard University, a Master’s in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Texas A&M University, along with ongoing studies as a Graduate Gemologist at the Gemological Institute of America.
