Paul Dowler

Paul Dowler has over 30 years of work experience in the quality assurance field. Paul began their career in 1986 as a QA Engineer at ITT Avionics. In 2000, they took on the role of Quality Assurance Manager at Warner Electric, where they developed and managed a comprehensive ISO 9001:2000 quality system. From 2005 to 2008, they served as Corporate Director of Quality Assurance at Group Dekko, where they were responsible for directing all process quality operations for 12 manufacturing facilities. Paul then moved to BAE Systems as Quality Assurance Manager, where they supervised nine quality assurance engineers and quality system engineers. In 2010, they became QA Manager at Carlisle Transportation Products, and in 2012 they took on the role of Director of Quality Assurance at Tube Fab / Roman Engineering. In 2014, they became Supplier Quality Engineering Manager at Kimball Electronics, and in 2017 they were promoted to Director of Quality Assurance at Conelec Electronic Manufacturing. Most recently, in 2018, they were appointed Quality Assurance Manager at Watchfire Signs.

Paul Dowler holds a Masters of Science in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, General from Indiana Wesleyan University, and an Associate's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from DeVry Institute of Technology. Paul is also certified as a Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence from the American Society of Quality.
