Caroline Hyndman

Caroline Hyndman, PMP, currently serves as a Professor of Project Management and Leadership Development at Conestoga College School of Business, sharing insights with students as an alumnus. Additionally, Caroline is the Founder of Irvine Creek Creative, which focuses on creating digital art inspired by nature photography. Caroline's extensive experience includes various leadership roles at Igloo Software, such as VP and Senior Director of Professional Services, and project management positions at BlackBerry, where responsibilities encompassed large-scale global investment programs and customer support operations. Previous roles include Project and Program Manager at Sun Life Financial and office administration at Whitney & Company Realty Limited Brokerage and Equinox Adventures. Caroline holds a Master's Certificate in Project Management from McMaster University and a diploma in Law, Security, and Business Administration from Conestoga College.
