Chrp Michelle McKee

Michelle McKee, CHRP has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. From 2006 to 2014, they worked as a Bakery Clerk at Sobeys while also serving as a Referee for Waterloo Minor Soccer in 2006. In 2014, they took on an internship role as a Human Resources Intern at KPMG Canada and briefly worked as a KPI Survey Administrator at Humber College. Michelle then transitioned to a Talent Attraction Coordinator role at KPMG Canada from August 2014 to December 2015 before being promoted to a Talent Attraction Specialist - Campus Recruitment from January 2016 to April 2018.

In 2018, Michelle joined Conestoga College as a Recruitment Coordinator and progressed through various roles including Manager, Talent Acquisition till May 2022, and then as a Recruitment Operations Specialist till June 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Manager, Recruitment Operations at Conestoga College.

Michelle McKee, CHRP has a well-rounded education history that spans from their high school years to recent studies at Conestoga College. Michelle completed their high school education at Bluevale Collegiate Institute, earning a High School Diploma. Afterward, they pursued their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree at Wilfrid Laurier University, where they focused on Communication Studies and English. Following the completion of their undergraduate degree, Michelle decided to further their education in the field of Human Resources Management by obtaining a Post-graduate Certificate from Humber College in 2014. More recently, they enrolled at Conestoga College to pursue an Ontario College Graduate Certificate in Project Management, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
