Chrp Susannah Morrison

Susannah Morrison, CHRP has over 10 years of progressive work experience in the field of human resources and compensation. Susannah is currently the Director of Compensation & Benefits at Conestoga College, where they have been since August 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Sun Life as a Client Services Manager for nearly three years, from October 2016 to August 2019. Susannah also has experience at Morneau Shepell, where they served as a Senior Pension Team Leader from November 2012 to September 2015. Susannah'searlier experience includes a role as a Senior Associate at Mercer Canada from 2009 to November 2012. Throughout their career, Susannah has developed strong expertise in compensation, benefits, and pension management.

Susannah Morrison, CHRP, has a Bachelor's degree in History from York University, which they completed from 1993 to 1998. In 2017 to 2019, they also attended York University and obtained a Certificate in Human Resources Management.
