Joseph Flemin Pavana

Joseph Flemin Pavana started their work experience as a Site Supervisor at Alpha Plumbing company in August 2020. Joseph Flemin successfully completed a project ahead of schedule and supervised a team of 18 plumbers. Joseph Flemin also conducted routine inspections to ensure work was progressing according to plans.

In January 2023, Joseph joined Conestoga Students Inc. as a Student Life Representative. Joseph Flemin received an award for being the most outgoing and energetic part-timer and engaged with students daily, promoting a sense of belonging through active listening and communication. Joseph also hosted 5 on-campus events and assisted in creating reports.

Currently, Joseph is a Business Development (BDR) Intern at Conestoga College, starting in May 2023. Joseph Flemin is part of a prestigious cohort program for B2B SaaS Sales and competes as a top performer in a team of 7 candidates. Joseph participates in weekly cold calling exercises with an experienced Senior Tech Sales Coach.

Joseph Flemin Pavana completed their Postgraduate Degree in Advanced Manufacturing Management - Design Integration from Conestoga College in the years 2022 to 2023. Prior to this, Joseph pursued a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cochin University of Science and Technology from 2016 to 2020.
