Khadiza Manwar Tarin has a diverse work experience spanning several years. In 2013, they worked as a Customer Manager at Grameenphone Ltd, where they provided quality customer service over the phone, informed customers about products, and addressed issues and complaints. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Technical Support Advisor at Concentrix, where they received consultation calls, created tickets for hardware and software issues, and followed up with customers to ensure satisfaction. In 2021, they joined Evertz as a Sales Coordinator and later transitioned to the role of RFP Coordinator. In these roles, they managed and coordinated proposals, developed support materials, ensured compliance with brand guidelines, and handled production and delivery. Currently, Khadiza is working as an IT Service Desk Student Analyst at Conestoga College, providing client service and support for computer systems, software, hardware, and user accounts.

Khadiza Manwar Tarin obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Clothing and Textile from Home Economics College, University of Dhaka. Khadiza Manwar attended this college from 2012 to 2017. Khadiza Manwar later pursued further education and received an Ontario College Diploma in Computer Programming from Conestoga College from 2022 to 2024. In May 2023, they also obtained a certification called "Complete C# Masterclass" from Udemy.
