Rachel Banham

Program Manager, School of Trades & Apprenticeship at Conestoga College

Rachel Banham began their work experience in 1995 as an Account Manager at 3D Interiors Inc. Rachel then moved on to the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities in 2000, where they worked as an Apprenticeship Training Consultant until 2005. In 2006, Rachel joined Conestoga College as an Employer Relations Consultant, where they consulted with companies to enhance their recruitment strategies and facilitate the hiring of co-op students and graduates. Rachel later transitioned to the role of Program Manager in the School of Trades and Apprenticeship, overseeing various programs. Rachel then became the Chair of the School of Trades and Apprenticeship in 2014 and currently serves as the Program Manager.

Rachel Banham attended the University of Waterloo from 1985 to 1988. However, no specific degree or field of study was provided.
