Stephen Draper

Stephen Draper's work experience includes various roles in the education and hospitality sectors. Stephen is currently the Manager of Quality Systems and Technology at Conestoga College since July 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Program Quality and Review Consultant at the same institution from October 2021 to July 2023.

Before joining Conestoga College, Stephen worked as a Corporate Research Analyst at Mohawk College from April 2015 to October 2021. Stephen also served as a Research and Planning Analyst at Durham College from June 2012 to April 2015.

Stephen began their career as a Graduate Research Assistant at Wilfrid Laurier University in 2011. Additionally, they gained hospitality experience as a Night Audit/Duty Manager at Holiday Inn Kingston Waterfront, where they managed front desk operations, hotel security, and closing procedures from September 2009 to May 2010.

Stephen Draper completed their Master of Arts degree in Political Science at Wilfrid Laurier University from 2010 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Studies from Queen's University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Along with their academic qualifications, Stephen Draper also holds a certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in August 2023.
