Agustina Calcagno

Agustina Calcagno is a project manager at CONEXA and was previously a senior business developer at Tiendanube. In their role at Tiendanube, they were responsible for managing shipping projects of various sizes and degrees of complexity in an Agile setup. Agustina was also responsible for communicating project expectations to team members and stakeholders to ensure on time delivery of tasks and sub-tasks.

Under their leadership, the team at Tiendanube was able to scale the AppStore proposal from 20 apps to 70 apps in one year. Additionally, they were able to improve the quality calification of all apps from 70% to 90%. Agustina also opened the shipping and payment integrations proposal of the platform from scratch (for Mexico and Argentina).

In addition to their work at Tiendanube, Agustina has also implemented Hubspot (CRM), good techniques for project management in Asana and write several Playbooks for teams in Argentina and Brasil. Agustina has also been a collaborator in the assembly of the large-scale equipment structure.

Agustina Calcagno is a professional photographer, product manager, and art curator. Agustina studied photography at Motivarte, Escuela de Fotografia, and earned a certification from Buenos Aires Open Centre in First Certificate. Agustina also studied at Coderhouse and Universidad Nacional de las Artes.
