Carolina Tenca has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Carolina started their career in 2016 as a Communications Writer and Media Planner for the Government of the City of Buenos Aires. In 2019, they briefly worked as a Project Officer for the British Council. From 2016 to 2019, they gained significant experience as a Unit Head and Senior Relationship Manager at the Ministry of Cultural Heritage of Argentina. In 2020, they transitioned to a role in Account Management at Avature, where they worked until 2022. Most recently, they served as a Customer Success Lead at Conexio in 2022. In 2023, Carolina began mentoring with Women in Customer Success.

Carolina Tenca's education history includes attending the Universidad del Salvador from 2016 to 2019, where they studied History. Carolina also completed a program at the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) from 2013 to 2014, earning a degree in "The language of National Defense and International Security" with a focus on International Relations and Foreign Affairs.
