Amy Poole

Amy Poole has a diverse range of work experience. Amy most recently worked at Conexus Credit Union as the Director of Retail & Small Business Markets starting in 2023. Prior to that, they were a Wealth Experience Coach at Thrive Wealth Management from 2022 to 2023. In 2019, they worked at Conexus Credit Union as an Advisory Development Specialist, previously serving as a Member Experience Coach. Amy also has experience at Scotiabank, where they held various roles including Senior Branch Manager, District Banking Manager, and Business Development Manager from 2015 to 2018.

Amy Poole completed their Honours Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature at Carleton University in 2004. Amy also holds various certifications including the Canadian Securities Course (CSC®) and a Certificate in Advanced Financial Advice from the Canadian Securities Institute. In addition, they have certifications in athletics sport coaching from Special Olympics, conscious inclusion from iLearn, and fitness instruction from the Canadian Fitness Professionals Inc. Amy has ongoing education in senior leader succession planning with Thrive Wealth Management. Amy has also obtained certifications in personal financial planning, as an RPM Certified Instructor, and as a Special Olympics Competition Coach from various institutions.
