Jay Wirts

Jay Wirts currently serves as the President and CEO of Conexus Indiana, a position held since April 2025. Prior to this role, Jay Wirts held various executive positions at Belden Inc. from June 2018 to April 2025, including Executive Vice President of Smart Infrastructure Solutions and President of Smart Buildings Solutions. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Vertiv as Vice President and General Manager of Information Technology Management Products and an extensive tenure at Emerson, where Jay Wirts progressed through multiple strategic and managerial positions. Jay Wirts began a career in the United States Marine Corps as a Captain from January 1994 to June 2000. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a BA in History from Colgate University.
