Jenisson Gonçalves

Jenisson Gonçalves is a skilled professional in the food industry with extensive experience in consultancy, quality control, and food safety. Currently serving as a Consultor de Alimentos at SENAI since May 2022, Jenisson focuses on implementing good manufacturing practices and lean manufacturing techniques. In parallel roles as a Responsável Técnico at Açaí Mais and Terra Mais Granolas, Jenisson oversees production processes, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Prior experience includes serving as a Fiscal Sanitário at the Municipal Health Surveillance, monitoring low-risk establishments, and conducting quality control as an intern at Açaí Mais. Jenisson possesses a Master’s degree in Food Science and Technology from Universidade Federal de Sergipe, complemented by postgraduate specialization in Food Safety and Quality. Academic contributions include research on betalaínic pigments and enzymatic browning in edible fruits during PIBIC internships.
