Ismaël Padiolleau

Ismaël Padiolleau is a Project Manager at VINCI Energies since April 2024 and serves as a Strategy and Management Trainer at the Confédération Nationale des Junior-Entreprises since September 2022. Previously, Ismaël worked as a Consultant in CTO Advisory at Wavestone, focusing on user migration, satisfaction research, and project transitions. As General Secretary at Junior ISEP from October 2020 to July 2022, responsibilities included strategic management, human resources, and business development. Ismaël has experience in the culinary field, serving as Chief Cook at Camping La Parée du Both and L'ÉCUME GOURMANDE, and holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science Engineering from Isep, coupled with an exchange program at National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University.
