Amit Kumar

Amit Kumar has extensive experience in the defence and aerospace sectors, currently serving as Director of the Society of Indian Defence Manufacturers (SIDM) at the Confederation of Indian Industry since March 2016. Previously, Amit held the positions of Deputy Director at the same organization and Assistant Director in Defence & Aerospace at the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) from October 2012 to February 2016. Amit's career began in sales and marketing roles at Infocom Network Ltd and ICICI Bank Ltd. Amit holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from the Institute of Management Studies - Dehradun and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications from the University of Madras. Amit is also pursuing a Diploma in Web-Centric Computing at NIIT.
