Shruti Kharbanda

Shruti Kharbanda is an accomplished professional in the fields of AI and robotics, currently serving as a Member of the Startups Committee for the Northern Region at the Confederation of Indian Industry and as the Robotics & AI Chairperson for the Northern Region at the Indian Chamber of Commerce. As the Founder and CEO of X-Thrive Robotics and a Founder of Invincible Robo League, Shruti is passionate about advancing technology and innovation, with the Premier Invincible Robo League set to debut in India soon. Additionally, Shruti is an investor in Lazy Cocktails & Co. and the Founder of X-Thrive Enterprises. Previous experience includes mentoring at Startup India, serving as Chief Operations Officer at Pay10 India, and heading operations at Nextqore Inc. Education credentials include an Executive MBA from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and a program in Data Science from Harvard University.
