Elias Skog

Elias Skog is an expert in corporate law, stock exchange law, and corporate governance. Elias has held various legal counsel positions in companies such as Svenskt Näringsliv and Nasdaq, where Elias oversaw enforcement and investigations. Prior to their corporate roles, Elias worked as an associate lawyer focusing on corporate and securities law at Advokatfirman Westermark Anjou AB. Skog also gained experience as a court clerk at Södertörns Tingsrätt. Elias holds a Master of Laws from Stockholm University.
