Malin Nilsson

Malin Nilsson currently serves as General Counsel and Head of Labour Law at Svenskt Näringsliv, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this role, Malin worked at Ericsson as Head of Industrial and Employee Relations from October 2018 to May 2023. Malin's extensive experience in industrial relations includes serving as Vice President of Industrial Relations at Vattenfall from August 2013 to May 2023 and holding various director positions in the company related to industrial relations and compensation in the Nordic region. Earlier career roles include Industrial Relations and Labour Law Manager at ICA AB and Corporate Counsel at Posten AB (publ). Malin's legal expertise was developed at the Ministry of Employment of Sweden as a Special Adviser at the Legal Secretariat and as an Associate in the Labour Law Department at Advokatfirman Vinge from November 1998 to February 2005.
