Ashwini H Pable is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in strategy, brand management, and sustainable fashion. Currently serving as Consulting Director of Strategy & Business at bluemarlin since 2016, Ashwini leads transformative initiatives for clients across Asia, focusing on brand positioning and design. As Brand Owner at Rewanta Fashions Pvt Ltd, Ashwini promotes Khadi-based sustainable fashion, aiming to provide livelihoods to 10,000 artisans. Additionally, Ashwini holds the position of National Joint Secretary at the Confederation of Women Entrepreneurs - India, advocating for women's entrepreneurship. Previous experience includes leading innovation in personal care at Marico Ltd for 11 years and managing brand strategies at GSK Consumer Healthcare.
