Brian Regal

Brian Regal is an experienced construction professional, currently serving as the Owner of Confera Construction since February 2020. Prior to this role, Brian was the Principal at R & R Construction Services from May 2014 to February 2020 and also held the position of Managing Director - Western Operations at First Finish Inc. from November 2012 to April 2014, where responsibilities included overseeing operations and projects in the Western United States. Earlier in the career, Brian was the Principal and Founder of Confera OS and served as Vice President at bkg Service Corporation, specializing in hotel project management. Additionally, from 2002 to 2008, Brian was the Director of Construction & Design at Golden Gaming. Brian holds a B.A. from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
