Chip Day is an experienced professional in the hospitality and meeting planning industry, currently serving as Director of Association Management Companies and Luxury at ConferenceDirect since September 2014. With over 27 years of expertise, Chip acts as an advocate for meeting planning teams. Prior roles include Founding Member and Co-Chapter Leader at the Sales Enablement Society, and Director of Sales at both Sheraton Phoenix Downtown Hotel and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. Chip also held senior sales and marketing positions at Intrawest, Peek'n Peak Resort and Spa, and Holiday Valley Resort. Academic credentials include a Master's Certificate in Hospitality Management and Hospitality Contract Law from Cornell University and a Bachelor’s degree in History, Business, and Spanish from St. Lawrence University.
