Carolynn Santos

Carolynn Santos is an experienced professional in event management and leadership, currently serving as Client Services Manager at CM Event Solutions since February 2023. In addition, Carolynn is the CEO and Founder of InDivEquity, which focuses on integrating Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion practices into business strategies and culture. Carolynn also holds the position of Chapter Director for Startup Grind Kansas City, fostering the entrepreneurial community in the region. Previously, Carolynn has managed large-scale conferences and educational programs, co-founded CADAZO Consulting Group, and led various roles at notable companies like VMware and Intuit. Carolynn holds an M.B.A. in Marketing and a B.S. in Human Services, Administration, and Marketing from Notre Dame de Namur University.
