Heather Seasholtz

Heather Seasholtz is a seasoned professional in event management with extensive experience in leading operations and planning for large-scale conferences and events. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at CM Event Solutions, Heather oversees a team responsible for producing conferences with attendance ranging from 50 to 10,000 participants. Heather co-created the Pandemic Compliance Advisor Course for Meeting Professionals and previously directed event operations at DIA, where a significant focus was placed on improving team morale and planning revenue-generating events. In earlier roles, Heather successfully managed domestic and international meetings for various organizations, including associations and non-profits, demonstrating a strong track record of leadership and strategic planning. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Restaurant & Institutional Management from Penn State University.
