Alison Whitlock

Alison Whitlock is the Head of Talent Development at Confetti Media Group, a position held since January 2012, where responsibilities include collaborating with external businesses and internal staff to identify and enhance talent development opportunities. Previously, as the Head of Apprenticeships, Alison played a key role in designing and managing an apprenticeship program with a focus on Creative and Digital Media. Prior experience includes serving as Skills Development Executive at EM MEDIA, where Alison was involved in maintaining partnerships and managing skills development projects within the film and media industry, and working at the BBC in various production roles, including Production Co-ordinator and Post Production Bookings Manager. Alison's educational background includes a BA (Hons) in Drama, Film & TV Studies and English Literature from York St. John University.
