Calvin Nhari has over 10 years of experience in the field of talent and organizational development. Calvin is currently the Head of Talent and Organisational Development at Econet Wireless Zimbabwe since September 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Talent & Organisational Development at First Mutual Holdings from May 2019 to September 2020. Before that, they held the position of HR Business Partner- OD & Talent Management at First Mutual Holdings from 2014 to April 2019. Calvin also served as the Human Resources Manager (Interim) at First Mutual Life from June 2012 to August 2014, and previously worked as a Human Resources Officer at First Mutual Life from 2010 to 2012.

Calvin Nhari has a diverse education history. Calvin obtained their Bachelor of Science (Bsc) Degree in Psychology from the University of Zimbabwe in 2007. In 2011, they earned a Diploma in Personnel Management from the Institute of People Management in Zimbabwe. Calvin pursued further education and completed a Master's degree in Business Administration at the Eastern and Southern African Management Institute (ESAMI) from 2012 to 2014. Calvin later obtained a certificate in Organisational Development from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika in 2016. Calvin also received training in project management, negotiation skills, and leadership development through various certificate programs. Additionally, they obtained certifications in long-term insurance and trusteeship from the Insurance Institute of Zimbabwe. Calvin's educational journey continued as they pursued a Master's degree in Industrial & Organisational Psychology from the University of Zimbabwe from 2020 to 2022. Calvin has also earned several additional certifications, including Senior Talent Management Practitioner and Registered Occupational Psychologist.
