Melissa Evans

Melissa Evans has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries.

Melissa began their career in 1996 at the University of Central Florida, where they worked as an Office Manager until 1999.

From 1999 to 2004, they worked at Progressive Insurance as a Claims Representative. Melissa'sresponsibilities included communicating with all parties involved in auto collisions, conducting investigations, and negotiating injury claims.

In 2004, Melissa joined Assisted Care Home Health as an Accounts Payable professional, where they handled payment processing and maintained financial records.

Starting in 2006, Melissa worked at CGG as a Navigator, participating in offshore operations and maintaining navigational equipment. Melissa excelled in steering vessels for optimal coverage of survey areas.

In 2015, Melissa became a Business Owner of Giftify Life featuring SendOutCards, a gift basket company. Melissa was responsible for various tasks, including networking, purchasing supplies, marketing, sales, and delivery.

Melissa then joined Harris Teeter in 2016 as a Personal Shopper, retrieving and shopping for customer orders and providing customer service.

During their time at Confianz Global, Inc. from 2016 to the present, Melissa has held multiple roles. Melissa started as an Office Manager, managing the domestic office and coordinating meetings with international staff. Later, they became the US Operations Manager and took on additional responsibilities such as employee recruitment, training, and performance management. Melissa then served as the Chief Operating Officer, where they worked closely with the CEO to establish relationships with banks and improve accounting reconciliation and telecommunications services.

Finally, in 2021, they joined Vistage Worldwide, Inc. as a Member, participating in CEO peer advisory and executive coaching for professional and community development.

Melissa's work experience shows their ability to adapt and excel in various roles and industries, as well as their strong skills in management, finance, and customer service.

Melissa Evans has an extensive education history. Melissa obtained an Executive MBA from the University of South Carolina Aiken from 2022 to 2024. Prior to their MBA, they earned an Associate's Degree in Marine Technology from Cape Fear Community College, where they studied from 2004 to 2006. In their earlier years, Melissa completed their Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities from the University of Central Florida, attending from 1995 to 1999. Melissa also graduated from Okeechobee High School in 1995 with a High School diploma. Additionally, Melissa has acquired several certifications including a Compressed Air Emergency Breathing System from Falck, SeaPro Resolve from Sercel, Starpack Advanced Operations with RGPS from Fugro, an Advanced Open Water Diver certification from PADI, and an Enriched Air Diver certification also from PADI.
