Derica Minter

Derica Minter is an experienced Human Resources professional with a background in talent acquisition and administrative support. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist and Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Confie since July 2021, Derica has previously held roles at Ryan LLC as an Administrative Office/HR Support Associate from August 2017 to July 2021, and at MediGain Practice Management Corporation as an Administrative Assistant/HR Assistant from July 2016 to January 2017. Earlier experience includes a position as Corporate Receptionist/Administrative Assistant at FPR from December 2007 to February 2016. Derica holds a Doctorate in Ministry from Kingdom University International and an Associate's degree in Theology/Theological Studies from Slidell Baptist Seminary.
